beritajadul.com started with a simple idea and a lot of time spent in pet shops. In spring 2023 Yunus Ilhan sat down in Dietzenbach and decided to turn something he cared about into a small business of his own. He had always been the one friends asked when they needed a new bed for their dog, a scratching post that would actually survive the cat, or a lead that would not fall apart after a few weeks. At some point it made sense to stop giving advice and start offering the products himself.

 

The company behind beritajadul.com was officially founded in April 2023 and entered in the commercial register at the local court in Offenbach am Main that summer. From the beginning the plan was clear: sell online, keep things honest and focus on what pets and their owners really need in everyday life.

 

WHAT WE DO

 

We sell pet supplies. That sounds simple, and in a way it is. You will find things for dogs, cats and other small companions that make daily routines easier, from feeding and walking to sleeping and playing. We do not try to stock everything under the sun. Instead we pick products we would be happy to use with our own animals, and we leave out the ones that look nice in a photo but disappoint in real life.

 

HOW WE WORK

 

We are a small team based in Dietzenbach, just outside Frankfurt. There is no big call centre and no endless chain of departments. When you write to us, a real person reads your message and answers it. When an order goes out, someone has checked it before it leaves. We think that is how shopping for your pet should feel: personal, straightforward and without surprises.

 

We also know that pets are family. A wrong size or a toy that breaks on the first day is not just an inconvenience, it is annoying for you and disappointing for your animal. That is why we take the time to describe our products clearly and why we are always happy to help if something is not quite right.

 

WHY WE KEEP GOING

 

What keeps us motivated are the little things. A photo of a dog curled up in a new bed, a message from someone whose cat finally stopped ignoring the food bowl, a customer who comes back for the third time. These moments remind us why we started beritajadul.com in the first place.
